Job Description

NVIDIA Research is hiring a Senior Research Scientist in circuits to explore future high-performance, low-power circuit technologies and build prototype circuits. With process scaling slowing, the ad argues that creative circuit and architecture ideas must carry more of each generation’s gains. Areas include clocking, SerDes, photonics, SRAM, power delivery and security circuits.

• A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant post-graduate research or work experience
• Broad knowledge of circuit design theory and practice
• Depth in areas such as PLLs and clocking, SerDes and high-speed signalling, photonics, SRAM, power delivery or security

• A strong record of publications, patents and research collaborations
