Job Description

A*STAR’s Institute of Microelectronics (IME) is hiring a Scientist in its Silicon Photonics Department to design high-speed thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) modulators for next-generation communications up to 400 G per lane. The work includes RF electrode modelling, co-design with driver electronics and packaging, and layout rules for 8- and 12-inch wafer platforms using IME’s industry-grade fabs.
