- Expertise deploying production-grade generative AI applications, including evaluation and optimisation
- Extensive hands-on data science experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn and PyTorch

How to prepare for this application
- Evaluation first: be ready to explain how you evaluate a RAG or agent system, including test sets, LLM-as-judge and human review.
- Build a demo: a Text2SQL or RAG project on real data, with a short write-up of what failed, is strong evidence.
- DSPy and fine-tuning: know when prompt optimisation is enough and when fine-tuning pays off.
- Customer stories: prepare an example of taking a GenAI prototype into production for a stakeholder.
- Spark basics: brush up on distributed data processing, since customer data often lives in Spark.
