About the analytical sciences scientist role
- Give analytical support to stability projects for personal care and home care products
- Qualify raw materials, find root causes and draft specifications with product scientists and suppliers
- Analyse raw materials, test formulas, finished products and competitor products
- Develop and validate methods, and transfer them to plants
- Run routine analysis under cGMP, and maintain and calibrate instruments
- Work with external labs for advanced techniques, and follow the literature and patents

What Colgate-Palmolive is looking for
- M.Sc. in analytical science, inorganic or organic chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical lab
- Hands-on use, upkeep and troubleshooting of LCMS, ICP, HPLC, GC and FTIR
- Experience with cGMP and lab documentation
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer goods (FMCG), which the ad highly prefers
- Good business presentation skills, and the ability to run complex work on your own
