About the AI agents developer role

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows, focusing on LLM orchestration and tools
• Implement agent behaviour with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning-and-action loops
• Build a fast React application for the agent’s user interface, with reusable components
• Work with back-end teams to integrate APIs and services and build tools for agents, using Python or Node.js middleware
• Add observability and tracing for agent runs and system performance
• Take part in architecture discussions and write clean, tested, documented code

What Databricks is looking for

• 3+ years of full-stack development with strong Python and React.js
• At least one AI agent or LLM application you designed, built and deployed to production
• Deep knowledge of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and tool use
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and patterns such as ReAct, plus observability and tracing for agents
• Enterprise-scale applications, REST or GraphQL integration, and Agile teams

Nice to have

• Node.js or Python middleware
• Salesforce APIs (REST, Apex, RLM/CPQ)
• Event-driven architecture such as webhooks, change data capture and async processing
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
