Micron is hiring a Yield Analysis module lead in Hyderabad to find what limits yield in its memory fabs. Using data analytics and process knowledge, the lead finds the root causes of yield excursions, publishes yield paretos and guides process and integration teams on fixes, while coaching a small team. What you would do
- Identify, characterise and quantify key yield limiters within assigned fab modules
- Lead root-cause investigations of yield excursions and publish actionable yield paretos
- Track probe yield trends, explain gaps between target and actual yield, and guide corrective actions with process integration and engineering
- Extract data from several databases with query languages and automate analysis with scripts
- Coach and mentor direct reports, and support technology transfer from R&D to the fab
