Job Description
NVIDIA’s Silicon Solutions Group in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior ASIC Power and Thermal Engineer to develop test methods for the power and thermal management features of its next chips and to bring them into products. The role sits between silicon, board, firmware and software teams and includes mentoring other engineers.

What you would do
- Develop test methodologies for next-generation power and thermal management features with teams across the company
- Set board, firmware and software requirements for characterising the silicon
- Create methods to deploy these features into products
- Work with architects, chip and board designers, firmware, applications, reliability, ATE and silicon operations teams
- Train and mentor engineers

- B.Tech or M.Tech in electronics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with silicon power and thermal characterisation or management
- Comfort working across hardware, firmware and software teams
Nice to have
- Experience with power and performance controllers or post-silicon validation of large SoCs
