What you would do

• Develop, improve and maintain compact models for CMOS, BJT and LDMOS devices for SPICE simulators
• Validate models against measured device data and fix simulation convergence problems
• Develop deep-learning methods and ML workflows to speed parameter extraction
• Build scripts to automate extraction and reporting, and write up results

What Analog Devices is looking for

• A Ph.D. in semiconductor device physics, characterisation, modelling or a related field
• Skill in optimisation algorithms, data correlation and automated extraction
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with process, modelling and PDK teams

Nice to have

• Device characterisation and measurement experience
• Python and Verilog-A programming
• Deep learning or scientific ML with PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
