What the senior research associate does

• Carry out scientific research tasks on your own, under the lab team leader, using standard methods and equipment
• Adapt and optimise methods, or develop new ones, and propose solutions to your manager
• Support the R&D and other teams in scaling up and transferring technology for new products
• Troubleshoot and improve existing processes
• Record results in the lab journal and write technical reports
• Keep the lab and equipment in good order, handle general lab tasks, and follow safety, health and environment rules

Why this role matters
