Eligibility
- A postgraduate degree in basic science, or a graduate or postgraduate degree in a professional course, with selection through a national test (CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship, or GATE) or a national-level exam run by bodies such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER or NISER
- At least 60% in class 10 (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) and at least 70% or 7.5 CGPA in class 12 (65% or 7.0 CGPA for SC/ST/OBC/PwD)
- At least 70% or 7.5 CGPA (65% or 7.0 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) in at least one of the B.Tech or M.Tech degrees (or equivalent)
- At least one of the B.Tech or M.Tech degrees must be in Computer Science, IT, AI, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mathematics or equivalent
- A valid GATE or NET score
Selection is by walk-in interview, with written and/or oral parts. Candidates may join in person (preferred) or online.
