What you would do

• Design, lay out and optimise DRAM memory array, peripheral logic and analog circuits
• Use AI tools, agentic workflows and automation to speed schematic optimisation, design-space exploration, parasitic and corner analysis, and debug
• Help define a semicustom methodology for memory design, and integrate AI-driven flows with CAD, EDA and software teams
• Oversee floor-planning, placement and routing, and run functional, timing, power and reliability verification

What Micron is looking for

• A master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 4–8 years of memory design experience
• Strong CMOS circuit design, device physics and memory operation fundamentals
• SPICE-based simulation and parasitic extraction experience

Nice to have

• DRAM domain knowledge (DDR5, LPDDR5 or HBM) or NAND design
• Interest in AI/ML-assisted or agentic design flows
• SoC or ASIC semicustom flow experience
