Job Description

NXP in Hyderabad is hiring a Principal Analog Design Engineer for its automotive Ethernet PHY and switch products. What you would do

• Design standard analog blocks at transistor level: bandgap and current references, op-amps, LDOs, and receiver front-ends such as PGAs and CTLEs
• Deliver ultra-low-noise performance in CMOS FinFET processes
• Propose new analog solutions to design challenges across blocks and subsystems
• Solve product-level EMC and ESD issues, and support characterisation, validation and yield improvement

What NXP is looking for

• B.E. or M.S. in electronics or electrical engineering with 12+ years of high-speed analog design
• Transistor-level design of the blocks above in CMOS processes
• Good EMC/ESD knowledge and Cadence Virtuoso, ADE and SPICE experience
• Analog characterisation, validation, ATE and yield improvement experience

Nice to have

• Ethernet or SerDes design experience
• Multi-gigabit Ethernet knowledge
