NXP in Hyderabad is hiring a Principal Analog Design Engineer for its automotive Ethernet PHY and switch products. What you would do
- Design standard analog blocks at transistor level: bandgap and current references, op-amps, LDOs, and receiver front-ends such as PGAs and CTLEs
- Deliver ultra-low-noise performance in CMOS FinFET processes
- Propose new analog solutions to design challenges across blocks and subsystems
- Solve product-level EMC and ESD issues, and support characterisation, validation and yield improvement
What NXP is looking for
- B.E. or M.S. in electronics or electrical engineering with 12+ years of high-speed analog design
- Transistor-level design of the blocks above in CMOS processes
- Good EMC/ESD knowledge and Cadence Virtuoso, ADE and SPICE experience
- Analog characterisation, validation, ATE and yield improvement experience
Nice to have
- Ethernet or SerDes design experience
- Multi-gigabit Ethernet knowledge
