What you would do

• Design, lay out and optimise DRAM memory array, peripheral logic and analog circuits
• Use AI tools and automation to speed optimisation, parasitic and corner analysis, and debug
• Define a semicustom memory design methodology and integrate AI-driven flows with CAD, EDA and software teams
• Oversee layout and run functional, timing, power and reliability verification
