Job Description

NUS’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is hiring a Research Fellow to develop atomic-layer-deposited oxide-semiconductor thin-film transistors, scaled below 100 nm channel length, for back-end-of-line integration with CMOS. The work spans ALD process development, full cleanroom process flows, electrical and reliability testing, and papers for venues such as IEDM and VLSI.
