What the Dr. Reddy’s biologics Research Associate will do
- Develop and qualify lot-release and functional assays, and document the work
- Analyse samples, and record and report data on time for verification
- Grow cell cultures, and prepare and qualify master and working cell banks
- Present study results at group meetings
- Work with other teams on development projects
- Keep accurate lab records under good documentation practice
- Help maintain and calibrate lab equipment, and manage stocks of chemicals and consumables
- Follow safe practices and join safety and quality initiatives
