Job Description

A translational cancer research group in Lund University’s Department of Clinical Sciences is recruiting a PhD student in advanced data analysis for precision oncology in breast and prostate cancer. The student will lead projects building computational and AI tools for multimodal data: integrating cell-free DNA sequencing in metastatic prostate cancer, analysing single-cell spatial transcriptomics and protein data, and classifying lymphovascular invasion in breast cancer from whole-slide images and gene expression. The start date is 1 November 2026 or as agreed.
