What you will do

  • Drive ML projects that build new models for agentic and other generative AI scenarios in Adobe Express
  • Own the ML lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to evaluation and deployment
  • Contribute to foundational systems for orchestration, layout automation, image generation and motion storytelling
  • Define evaluation strategies combining automated metrics, LLM-based judges and user feedback
  • Collaborate with ML teams in other regions, engineering, product and Adobe Research
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 ML engineers, own hiring, and build an inclusive, high-performing culture
