Lumentum’s Design Verification and Characterisation team in Ottawa is hiring a senior optical characterisation and test engineer. The engineer designs optical test and verification strategies to take new photonic modules from design to production, characterises key optical parameters, analyses data to improve designs, helps bring AI tools into test workflows, and builds automated, documented test solutions with R&D, manufacturing and quality teams.
