Xaira’s Computational Biology team is hiring a Senior Scientist to support large-scale single-cell perturbation screens. The role owns computational analysis of Perturb-seq datasets end to end, from quality control to biological interpretation, and works with wet-lab, AI/ML, automation and disease biology teams. It is an on-site role in South San Francisco.

What you would do
- Own end-to-end analysis of Perturb-seq datasets, from quality control to biological interpretation
- Process and integrate large datasets from several experimental sources
- Develop scalable perturbation workflows and help bring in new technologies
- Work with wet-lab scientists, AI/ML scientists and disease biology teams
