Job Description
KTH’s Fluids and Surfaces Group is hiring a postdoc in complex fluid flows, supported by an ERC-funded research programme. The research direction will be adapted to the successful candidate, within topics such as turbulence, multiphase flows, interfacial phenomena, biofilms, surface engineering, computational fluid dynamics and scientific machine learning. Depending on your background, the work may be experimental, numerical, theoretical or data-driven, with access to experimental platforms and high-performance computing.

About the complex fluid flows postdoc
- Carry out high-quality research and publish in leading journals
- Develop an independent research profile and new research directions
- Use experiments, direct numerical simulations, theoretical modelling, data-driven methods, or combinations
- Help supervise doctoral and master’s students
- Work within the FLOW centre’s international collaborations with academia and industry
