Job Description
Politecnico di Milano is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher in business and management engineering, on a 24-month contract in its Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering. The project asks how circular innovation affects competitiveness in the semiconductor industry and its global value chains — a sector exposed to critical-material dependency, geopolitical supply risk, short technology cycles and rising electronic waste. Pay and location
The call states total gross remuneration of €57,000 for the whole 24-month contract, excluding charges borne by the university, paid in equal monthly instalments. There is a non-refundable application fee of €25.82. The post is based in Milan. Note the eligibility exclusions in the call: tenured Italian university and public research staff, former tenure-track researchers, close relatives of departmental professors and university officers, and anyone who has already accumulated the maximum permitted years under Articles 22, 22-bis and 22-ter.
